Thanks For Reading!

I know that this site hasn't been updated for a while. But readers kept leaving comments & sending me feedback. And following RC - whether it was through feedburner, google friend connect, or Twitter, or via the Renaissance Culinaire facebook fan page , the followers don't quit. I would like to say thanks - I really appreciate it.


I have big plans instore for this blog, and my goal is to update everyday - starting now. So be on the look out for new content. I plan to have some giveaways soon too!

Just take your time. I think it's not so important to write everyday something, it's more important to write sometimes about useful stuff. I'm looking forward to hear more from you soon!

wow that looks incredible, I love the almost peacock spot coulis on the plate, it's more art than dessert!

@cakedecorator: Thanks! I did that as one of my plated desserts for special prodjects during school.


The milk chocolate column with white chocolate accents has a disc of chocolate sponge on the bottem, spread with chocolate ganache - then filled with raspberry swedish cream, fresh WC & garnished with 3 chocolate curls. The plate is decorated with tempered chocolate petals filled with mango puree & striped w/ raspberry syrup.

Actually its depends upon the popularity and content of the website so all user keep visiting it. I regularly visit it, because I like the content very much.

Agreed! This blog is great. We all need a break from blogging sometimes so to go back and think for fresher ideas and content. Blogging isn't everyone's game. I hope you meet all your goals and take this blog to new heights.

That is the beauty of having a wonderful and reputed blog, once you gain loyal readers, they're there for ever wanting to read more fresh contents from you and if they don't find it...they try to contact you to hear back from you.

This is really good and feels good because no one really cares about just any blog because they're created daily and deleted daily but few blogs always stand apart from normal blogs and that obviously takes hell lot of time to build on.

I can relate. I find myself updating my blog far less often then I want to. Unfortunately my traffic suffers for it.
