Cookie Recipes

Here is a list of cookie formulas I have featured on Renaissance Culinaire. Some are commercial baking formulas that can be reduced for home use. This page will continue to be updated as I add more recipes.

Espresso Shortbread by Claire Sutton

    Great blog. Thanks for the cookies recipes. I'm allergic to Tree nuts, and unless I make something myself, I generally can't eat it. These kind of recipes make my day!

    Well the Tuile Cookies twirls actually look more like crisps :o)

    The 'Authentic Scottish shortbread' shortbread title is misleading as I was expecting shortbread biscuits. However...Those shortbread tarts look absolutely yummmmmyyyy.

    I have given that recipe to my wife. I want them now!

    I like having cookies at my tea breaks. Though I am not a very good cook, I think I can try out the dishes you have neatly written here. If I be successful in these recepies, I will keep you posted about my cooking experience. Your website design is very neat and attractive. You give the contents very presentable to readers.     I just had Dough cookies prepared by my sweet wife following your guidelines and it was really an enjoyable tea party in our family. Thanks for your help in making our party a great memorable gathering. By The Way, we used Buttercream decoration which made it more lovely.

    I love cookies!!! but I'm not good at making them alone. I tried to make oatmeal cookies with friends and it has been great. Love to try this list of cookie recipes, my friends love to try new cookie flavors.

    Just wanna share, when it comes to cookie recipes, there are certain "must have" ingredients that make the whole thing possible. You've got a binder of some sort, usually flour, that holds the assemblage together. You've got a fat of some sort, that adds moistness and flavor and helps in the browning and cooking.
