    As a vegetarian i think this are some very nutritious food recipe which will not only give us(vegetarians)good nutrition [to our body but also will give us the chance to change our menu every now & then to keep our appetite going.

    A vegetarian diet was found to significantly reduce the risk of uric acid kidney stone formation. Fruit and vegetables provide an alkaline residue which reduces the risk of uric acid crystallization in the urine.

    I actually add like vegetable stew and steamed vegetables on the table every meal.. It promotes a healthy bowel movement and additional nutrients.

    If you're trying to maintain or gain weight you need to eat more and you need to find a better source of protein. Beans, nuts, tofu, etc. have a lot of protein. I suggest eating at least 1,200 - 1.500 calories a day.
