Chimes call out
in remembrance...
Time, with it's out stretched hands,
wraps a chilly embrace
on a moments' passing.
As if frost bit.
The past takes on a eerie, bluish hue.
To those ---
once alive and joyful.
Now earthly bodies blackened .
To those ---
The survivors...
Whose eyes are
Veiled with tears.
